Each holiday season, our team at EcoBridge Landscape carries forward a meaningful tradition by creating and sponsoring gift baskets for families facing food insecurity in Honduras. As an immigrant from Honduras, David Aguilar and co-founder Heather Aguilar collaborate with family in Honduras to put together and hand-deliver baskets called Canastas for Christmas. These baskets are lovingly filled with basic nourishing food items to support families in need.
It’s possible to sponsor a gift basket for $75, and this initiative has grown into an annual holiday tradition that reflects our commitment to building a more beautiful, equitable, and sustainable world.
